How to get to Cavallino Treporti

Jesolo left behind, and crossing the bridge on the Sile, you arrive in the municipality of Cavallino Treporti. A long strip of land which is characterized by its varied and diverse landscape, where lush nature blooms, in places untouched, and where two different ecosystems are mixed together: the marine and the lagoon.

Following the road in front of you for about 15 kilometers, you pass through Ca' di Valle, Ca' Ballarin, Ca' Pasquali, Ca' Vio and Ca' Savio, until you reach the opposite end of this enchanting peninsula and get to Punta Sabbioni, where there are boats that connect to Venice and its islands. Along the way: on your right, you can take a look around Mesole, Lio Piccolo, Saccagnana, Treporti and Lio Grando, and see the lagoon canals; while on the left, past the pine forest that can be found along the entire coast, you can see the Adriatic sea.

There are forts from the great war and bike paths that run along the banks to the extraordinary oasis of birds home to all kinds of species including pink flamingos, egrets and black-winged stilts.
